Can you see other Hiders in MECCHA CHAMELEON?
It may depend on the selected mode, phase, role, and spectator or round state. Do not assume the same visibility applies in every room.
Why can't I see other Hiders?
The game may be limiting what you can see based on the current phase, team, spectating state, or selected mode. Check the mode first before treating it as a bug.
What is Hunter view?
Hunter view is for searching, checking the scene, and finding hidden players or hidden copies depending on the mode.
What is Hider view?
Hider view is for preparing a hiding position, painting, posing, attaching, or blending into the scene depending on the mode and phase.
Why am I always Hunter?
Check the selected mode, round phase, room setup, player count, and whether you joined after a round already started. Project facts do not document a tested role-pick button.
Can I choose to be Hunter or Hider?
A tested choose-Hunter or choose-Hider button is not documented in the project facts. Use cautious testing with friends if the role flow feels wrong.
Is this different in Double Mode?
Yes. Double Mode uses a finished-position flow where players prepare hiding positions first, then everyone hunts hidden copies during the hunting phase.
What are hidden copies in Double Mode?
Hidden copies are the finished Hider positions placed into the map after players finish hiding and painting. During the hunting phase, all players search for those copies.
Is Increasing Tag the same as Double Mode?
No. Increasing Tag is the current name for the older Infection-style mode where found Hiders can join the Hunter or Seeker side. Double Mode is hidden-copy hunting.
Is not seeing Hiders a bug?
Not necessarily. It may be normal for the current mode, phase, or spectator state. Compare the selected mode and round state before assuming a bug.
